Maternity, Small Family & Childhood Photographer

I recommend Sunrise sessions for families with small ones for numerous reasons…and it is primarily because of the time gap my customers (and all vacationers ) expertise once they arrive at Maui to their holiday season. Well…maybe not Mother & Dad;–RRB- Mini contacted me with dreams of pastels, neutrals, a few greenery, a lot of lava stone, and a few bright sunshine to catch her growing belly, her husband, and their adorable son.

Fortunately, this place at Sunrise is ideal for all the above! I arrive slightly early to my sessions hopes I could be there until my customers so that they have a reference point…but in this circumstance, Mini and her Ohana had arrived! And they’d been there for more than 30 minutes just taking in all of the beauty! One of my favorite moments out of my Sunrise Session for this cute family at one of Maui’s most stunning beaches <3

The heavens in these pictures are magnificent, am I incorrect? In reality, they were outside magnificent…but just for a brief moment. To begin with, allow me to present Allyson & Eric…

Allyson & Eric are seeing Maui Family portrait photography for their first time, opting to bask in sunlight for the ideal baby moon . And a complete trooper & beam of sun (more on this soon…). Eric, her individual, awesomely daring and optimistic husband, stands with her side among the luckiest men . They are both, in reality, incredibly blessed!

Mix it together with the sea & Maui, and you have got me hooked for life! The forecast called for partly cloudy skies, sun and 5 miles winds – fairly ideal if you want my opinion! We arrived in our place positive, but Mother Nature decided to surprise us with clouds rolling in deep, deep sprinkles and a great deal of white wash from the sea. After much debate, laughs, along with an choice to reschedule, we chose to roll to the empty shore and make it our own. And I am so happy we did…

Together with my state-of-the-art weather studying skills, I knew we would have some sunlight shortly, but maybe not for long. Input Mr. Sun – to about ten minutes – it was magnificent! Then, came a change in winds, and much more clouds…along with a downpour. Allyson & Eric did not bat an eyelash however – they stated”the series must continue!” . I assured them the sunset could be well worth it…and that I chased by it together with my camera & life (at water-housing of course)…

A outfit shift, soggy sand, more rain and a lot of love afterwards, we made our way to the sea to receive whatever submerged maternity shots we can with all the semi-clear waters. It was only then, the rain ceased, sunlight angled perfectly throughout the clouds, and we had been blessed with the many stunning conditions & sunset . Not likely to toot my own horn…but I kinda knew this could happen – and I am SO happy these two (and their miniature ) held with smiles!

Among my favorites and undoubtedly, one for your books!
